We also collect information generated as you use the Service, such as your order history, pickup and delivery details, and messages exchanged with our admin team through the in-order chat feature.

Your password is encrypted at the point of registration and stored using industry standard hashing methods. This means your password is never stored, viewed, or accessible in readable form not by our administrators, our support staff, or anyone else on our team.

Even in the event of a system review, no one at Forloom can see your actual password. If you forget your password, you will need to reset it rather than have it retrieved, as we have no way to recover it in its original form.

Details related to your laundry orders including pickup requests, order status, and delivery confirmations are shared only between you and our admin team for the purpose of fulfilling your order. This information is used strictly to coordinate the collection of your items, keep you updated on the status of your laundry, and confirm delivery once the service is complete.

We do not share your order details with third parties except where necessary to complete the service (for example, a delivery partner) or where required by law.

While your order is active, you may use our chat feature to communicate directly with our admin team about any matter relevant to your order such as special instructions, changes to pickup or delivery timing, or questions about the service. These conversations are visible to you and to our admin team for the purpose of managing your order.

Chat records are retained as part of your order history to help resolve any questions or disputes that may arise, and access to this history is limited to authorized personnel. Once an order is marked as delivered, the associated conversation remains attached to that order's record but is no longer part of an active exchange.

We use the information we collect to create and manage your account, process and fulfil your laundry orders, communicate with you about the status of your service, respond to inquiries or complaints submitted through our chatbot or support channels, and improve the reliability and quality of the Service. We do not use your personal information for purposes unrelated to providing and improving Forloom's services without your consent.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with trusted parties only where necessary for instance, with personnel assigned to handle your pickup or delivery, or with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as hosting or payment processing) under obligations to keep your data secure.

We may also disclose information where required to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or respond to a valid request from a public authority.

We retain your account and order information for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to provide you with the Service, resolve disputes, and comply with our legal obligations. You may request that we delete your account and associated personal data, subject to any records we are required to retain by law.

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request that inaccurate information be corrected, and request deletion of your account and data, subject to the limitations described above. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 12.

Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and understand how the Service is used, so that we can improve it over time. You can control cookie settings through your browser, though disabling cookies may affect certain features of the Service.
